To celebrate its 25th anniversary, the entire Prodex team spent a full day at the ZooParc de Beauval :
– A day of sharing and relaxation in one of the most beautiful zoos in the world!
– A day of team-building to awaken the five senses in a funny way and strengthen team spirit!
– A day to admire the unusual magnificent equatorial dome and its 40,000 metres of seals, supplied exclusively by Prodex!

Bespoke profile in less than 10 days : record broken by Prodex !

“Our strength is the manufacture of custom extrusion tools in-house, insists Cyril Mérand, general manager of Prodex. Thus, from a drawing and/or customer specifications, our tooling specialists are able to produce a new die and prototypes in less than 10 days and from 300 €”.
HIGHLY TECHNICAL PRODUCTS
The complete control of the chain gives Prodex a very high reactivity. With its CAD software, its fully integrated workshop for small and medium-sized production runs and its numerically controlled machines, the Chartres-based company is a recognised partner of design offices for producing profiles in different colours, densities or materials; the profile can also be co-extruded to offer multi-hardness or multi-coloured joints.
The finishing workshop can drill, glue, cut and weld into frames or rings.
FOOD OR FIRE : TO STANDARDS !
Prodex advises its customers on the choice of materials adapted to their needs and constraints. Prodene materials comply with food standards (CE, FDA…), fire-smoke standards (EN 45545, UL 94, EN 13501), Atex, etc.
This elastomer specialist also sells some 500 standard profiles from stock via www.profilesmarket.com, its e-commerce site.
